Welcome to the Orlando Shakespeare Theater's Education Department. We are proud to be an integral part of our community by providing affordable theater to over 30,000 K-12 students and teaching Shakespeare in hundreds of Central Florida classrooms each year.

We offer professional acting classes for all ages and levels, challenge Elementary and Middle School students with our Summer Camps, and train the artists of tomorrow through our Young Company for High School students and Internship Program for college graduates.

Our Philosophy
We seek to create opportunities for learning through the works of William Shakespeare and the art of theater. In an atmosphere of compassion and challenge, we encourage the discovery and expansion of each individual's confidence and skill in theater and in life. We strive to provide an artistically safe environment for young adults, interested beginners and professional artists alike.
