A Return to Live Theater
In a triumphant return to live theater, Orlando Shakes is delighted to announce three outdoor offerings. Our first live production will be a holiday cabaret starring Laura Hodos in the Darden Courtyard at the Lowndes Shakespeare Center.
Then, after 15 years, Orlando Shakes returns to Lake Eola with productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Little Shop of Horrors. Sign up for our email mailing list to be the first to know when tickets go on sale for these two productions.

Deck the halls this holiday season at Orlando Shakes! Enjoy the incomparable Laura Hodos, seen in Orlando Shakes productions like Man of La Mancha and A Christmas Carol, singing all your favorite seasonal tunes in a night of music that is sure to warm your heart and spread Christmas cheer.
This event will be sold as general admission with socially distant tables starting at $30 per person. Tickets will go on sale November 20, 2020. This production is made possible with support from Publix Charities.

“Lord, what fools these mortals be!” When magical mischief-maker Puck gets a hold of a love potion, he sets in motion all the comical antics that arise from four young lovers’ adventure through the woods. Shakespeare’s classic comedy charms everyone who enters its magical realm – come enjoy love and laughter in a dreamlike evening under the stars at Lake Eola.
Tickets starting at $22 will go on sale in February 2021. This project is part of Shakespeare in American Communities, a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.

May 5 – 23, 2021
The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant he names “Audrey II” – after his coworker crush. This saucy, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Seymour as long as he keeps feeding it… blood. Over time, though, Seymour discovers Audrey II’s out of this world origins and intent towards global domination!
Tickets starting at $27 will go on sale February 2021. This production is presented by Massey Services, with additional support from Seaside Wealth Management, Dr. Phillips Charities, and our 32nd Season Producing Partners.
