Desiree is an AEA Singer, Actress, Dancer, Voice-Over Artist, Arts Educator, Director, Audition coach, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Director for Opera Orlando, and has been a part of the theatrical, film, industrial, and theme park industry for over 17 years. You may have seen her at Universal Studios as “Mabel” The Blues Brothers Show, and as “Celestina Warbeck” (The Wizarding World of Harry Potter). “Coral / Peach” Finding Nemo: The Musical, and as a Gospel / R&B Singer Joyful! A Celebration of the Holiday! (Walt Disney World Resort). Desiree made her Orlando Shakes directorial debut of En Las Sombras (PlayFest 2021), and performed in GTFOH (PlayFest 2021). Notable credits include “Norma Valverde” Hands on a Hardbody (TheaterWorks Florida), “Aida” Aida: The Musical (Greater Orlando Actors Theater), “Daniela” In The Heights (Greater Orlando Actors Theater), and “Billie Holiday” Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill (Theater Downtown, Theatre West End, Players By the Sea).
