2026 Saturday Classes

An extension of Orlando Shakes’ well known inclusive camp Shakespeare With Heart, Acting With Heart is open to middle and high school students with and without disabilities. Registered students will work on contemporary acting scenes with teaching artists trained in working with diverse students. Each actor is challenged to bring their character to life using their own unique talents and abilities. Orlando Shakes’ youth classes focus on skill sets that benefit youth on stage as well as in everyday life. Focusing on the proficiency needed to bring great work to life, our classes celebrate the process of learning, experimenting, taking risks, and challenging expectations. Each class can be taken alone or repeated to build on your prior knowledge!
