Ambition. Power. Fate. Blood. After a victorious battle, the Scottish general Macbeth encounters three mysterious witches who predict that he will become King of Scotland. What seems like a wild prophecy quickly becomes an obsession—especially after Lady Macbeth urges him to take control of his own destiny.
When Macbeth murders King Duncan and claims the crown, he discovers that power doesn’t bring peace. Haunted by guilt and terrified of losing the throne, he spirals into paranoia, ordering more violence to protect himself. As fear spreads across Scotland, rebellion begins to rise.
Filled with suspense, supernatural elements, and intense emotional stakes, Macbeth is a gripping story about ambition, pressure, and the dangerous cost of choosing power over integrity.

W. Daniel Mills Apprentices at Orlando Shakes will have the opportunity to make meaningful, professional connections within the industry, interact personally with nationally renowned artists, and become important contributors to the Orlando Shakes community.
The W. Daniel Mills Program was founded by Harold and Rosy Mills in memory of their son Daniel, who tragically passed away in 2020. Since then, the Mills family has been committed to assisting and serving young artists throughout Central Florida by providing opportunities they might otherwise not receive.
